Just before New Years we had a get together at a lovely beach in a cove. Sadly it turned out to be way too windy, it has been so long since I went to the beach that I wasn't prepared for it. The kids 
still thoroughly enjoyed themselves swimming and playing in the sand. Serena and I flogged a few bux and snuck off for a hot cuppa too. (tx Libby)Haydn was snuggled away in a pouch my Mum had bought for me, so he was completely protected from the elements. Oh, and I got the best response from Shanti who didn't realize I'd had the baby with all the hype of Christmas. "What's that you got in there?" combined with a puzzled look. She figured it out before I could answer. Ha! Another woman at the mall commented that I looked like I was "ready to pop".. "I have popped" was my reply.
