As if he's got an inner timer, at exactly 11 months to the day Haydn is proudly walking all over the house! Alan walked at 10 1/2 months and Jay was also 11 months! It's so fun to watch him walk from room to room and he loves to see us all cheer wildly. It also marks the end of a era, babyhood, which leaves a twinge of sadness.
Also Jay had his orientation day at school to prepare for Kindi next year. Not only was he the first of about 100 kids to raise his hand to answer a question but he was most enthusiastic about following one of the teachers out to a classroom for an activity time while I was given a run down for what's to come and do the uniform order. He is sooo ready for this.
If I haven't said it before I'll say it now, I'm so impressed with the drive, dedication to learning, professionalism and enthusiasm I've seen from the teachers, staff and Principle of this particular school. We would have never know what a great school we'd picked we just figured we'd have to go with whatever was in our area. Alan's doing really well and I can see Jay having equal sucess! Praise God!
book list, so far!!!
