    Yes it looks real. Is that a real nappy around it??, or is the "cake" the little cupcakes, or is the whole thing a cake?

    None of it is edible! The base is a nappy and the "cupcakes" are wash cloths. It's all tied up with some ribbons. Cool, huh!
