Haydn Jack turned 6 months

And I couldn't help but celebrate! It's too long to wait till his first birthday so Jay and I made some cupcakes and bought him a present.
We went for his 6 months check up yesterday and he has grown 15 cm and gained 5.5 kilos since birth, is happy and healthy and wanting too eat everything....though he wasn't too sure about those cupcakes. The plate tasted better not to mention the washcloth. He's lunging forward onto his tummy which he doesn't like for long. (Sadly he lunged off the bed last night.) Anyway, it's funny how within just a few weeks of having him he was already such a part of our family that I couldn't imagine life without him.
