Lazy Sunday

Here are a couple shots from Sunday. For a change we all met up at Anaik's place which is about 20 minutes into countryside, really a beautiful place. A friend owns and built it himself and rents out sections of the house for now. Incidentally this is where Shane's been working these last months mainly painting but also a bit of landscaping. You can see in the pictures there's plenty of landscaping left to do and we hope enough to keep Shane in business. Dad even worked on the interior years ago...that's how long this guy has been working on this place.

Anyway, we had a bbq and plenty of desserts to go around, the kids caught lizards and scootered around while we relaxed away the afternoon just enjoying each others company. You can read more on Serena's blog from Zeth, an "in-laws" perspective.
