We just spent almost the entire day at Emergency in Hornsby Hospital but it's not as nearly as dramatic as that sounds.
Basically we wanted to be on the safe side with his swollen testicle and it being the 5th day of pain and swelling, antibiotic and painkillers, we needed to get to the bottom of it.
So we went in a were able to do a blood test and another ultra sound that ruled out infection, but besides that it they were pretty much guessing and being such an important and tender piece of equipment they referred us to a specialist at another hospital the other direction.
So Shane dropped Jay and I off at home and carried on to see the specialist and just arrived home. Thankfully they didn't have to stay over night and do an IV drip but rather said let it subside over the next week or so and give him painkillers if needed. So TYJ! Pray that is the end of that and it heals naturally.
We plan to take him in to see a good natropath friend soon since he has ongoing glandular problems and unidentified weaknesses including regular tonsillitis.
Poor guy... & I dont mean his balls.....he'll probably kill you for that post when he is a teen & does some research.
