Sorry about the glitch (if you saw it?) Blogger does crazy things sometimes...
Well, we may not be online these next few weeks as we are upgrading our computer (again). It's just starting to have a few problems.

Shane's out now at the "cop shop" as he was called by a guy "interested" in buying the laptop but he let a few phrases slip that were strangely familiar.
(We didn't tell the story but back in Feb we were selling off another laptop and a buyer called we met him, he liked it and made a meeting for later on the next day to buy it. We met to exchanged money and the item but only when we got home discovered that we were scammed!We were holding $1000 of counterfeit money! The guys contact phone was immediatly switched off. The exchange took place at a hotel and he chose low lighting so we couldn't tell with the money. He even got a witness and claimed he worked for a large well known Babies home charity. The nerve!)

Anyway, same guys, same line. Shane met the guy (a young foreigner) at a nice crowded mall, his brother (whom had done the exchange and knew the face from last time) watched from a distance and took photo's. He watched him circle Shane, probably to be certain he was alone. Anyway, that was at noon today. They arranged for the meeting tonight in the same spot but if he were to hand over counterfeit dollars we had back up! This is where it gets exciting! A good Iranian friend of ours, when hearing about the story from Feb. told us to contact him if we ever run into any situations similiar, so we did and they've nabbed them!
Shane will probably be home late but I'm dying to hear the details.
We'll probably never see our old laptop again but revenge is sweeeet.......uh, I mean at least they can't carry on and do the same again and again.
